Cancellations with respect to the company determine that the amount to be deducted for the various expenses incurred in the event of cancellation will be deducted as follows:

VERY IMPORTANT

If a cancellation is received up to 30 days before the date of arrival in Peru, the total payment will be refunded in full, less the total administrative costs. (30% of the contract price)
Cancellations 25 – 20 days before departure you have to pay 50% of the total expenses
Cancellations 20 – 10 days before departure, you have to pay 60% of the total expenses
In case of no-shows or cancellations 5 to 1 days before the start of your trip, there will be no refund. you must pay 100% of the total cost.
Non-refundable treks (Inca route to Machupicchu 4D / 3N or short Inca route 2D / 1N) if you cancel these excursions for any reason there will be no refund, you must pay 100% of the total cost.

CHANGES

The itineraries may undergo changes, for technical reasons of force majeure beyond the control of the operator, change without prior notice.

RESPONSIBILITIES CUSCO LATIN TREKS

Cusco Latin Treks EIRL is a direct operator of different excursions detailed on our website, but acts as an intermediary between the user and the different companies whose services are used in restaurants, transportation or other accommodations such as airlines, without liability for defects, accidents or other damages that passengers have from third party services. Our company can change the order of the tour of the tours, whenever it is considered strictly necessary for the safety or better success of the Service, without eliminating any service unless the weather or passenger safety (strike conditions, fires) does not allow it.

Cusco Latin Tresk E. I. R. L. will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the passenger as a result of the above causes. We ask you to inform yourself before hiring our services, about any limitation of this nature, to recommend special services. All our transports have travel insurance.
